Eleanor Kennelly Gaetan

Eleanor Kennelly Gaetan is Vice President of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation directing public policy efforts at the federal and state level.

Before joining the non-profit sector, she worked on Capitol Hill and for the federal government. At the State Department she was chief editor for five annual Trafficking in Persons Reports and at USAID (US Agency for International Development) based in Romania, she managed several anti-trafficking programs while serving as a Democracy Officer.

Along the way, Eleanor and her husband had five children all young adults now. She picked up a Ph.D.in Government and Politics to cover those “Mommy Years.”

Rick Lane

Rick Lane is a tech policy expert, child safety advocate, and the founder and CEO of IGGY Ventures LLC. IGGY advises and invests in companies, projects, and public policy initiatives that can positively impact society.
Before starting IGGY, Rick served 15 years as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for 21st Century Fox. Until its purchase by Disney, 21st Century Fox was one of the world's premier entertainment companies with a portfolio of cable, broadcast, film, pay-TV, and satellite assets spanning six continents across the globe. As Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, Rick coordinated, developed, and implemented the Company's public policy activities. He also served as the Vice-Chair and Treasurer of the 21st Century FOX Political Action Committee (FOXPAC).
Prior to joining 21st Century Fox (formally known as "News Corporation"), Rick was the Director of Congressional Affairs, focusing on E-Commerce and Internet public policy issues for the United States Chamber of Commerce, the world's largest business organization. Before working at the Chamber, Rick worked as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the international law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (WG&M). While at Weil, he advised and represented clients before Congress on various legislative matters affecting the technology and telecommunications industries. From 1988 to 1993, he worked for U.S. Representative Joseph D. Early (D-MA), which included working as an Associate Staff member of the House Appropriations Committee. While working for Representative Early, his primary responsibilities involved technology, telecommunications, tax, education, labor, and related issues.
Rick's background includes creating the Modern Educational Technology Center (METEC) in 1993 and CyberSports, Inc. in 1994. METEC was an educational technology private-public partnership, and CyberSports was a for-profit corporation that created the nation's leading college and university sports recruiting software.
Rick has served in leadership positions on various federal, state, and local commissions and committees, including his participation as a member of the United States Trade Representative's Joint Government-Private Sector Committee on Experts on Electronic Commerce (Joint E-Commerce Committee). He also served on the Federal Trade Commission's Advisory Committee on Online Access and Security and the Virginia Attorney General's Online Safety Task Force. At the local level, Rick served as chairman of the Montgomery County, MD Cable & Communications Advisory Committee (CCAC), working to develop the County's cable and communications policy.
He is one of the Executive Producers of the award-winning documentary, A MOST BEAUTIFUL THING, and the upcoming documentary, The Haudenosaunee National Lacrosse team's - On the Road to the Olympics. Rick served on the Board of Directors of Horton's Kids, a community-based 501(c)3 whose goal is to empower at-risk children in Washington, DC, and prepare them for college, career, and life through educational opportunities and comprehensive programs tailored to their needs.

Chris McKenna

Chris McKenna, Founder, Protect Young Eyes: former middle school youth director, and author of multiple resources for families and churches, including Parenting the Internet Generation, Exposed: Breaking the Silence of Porn (for teens), and Ready: How to Heal and Protect Your Ministry from Pornography. His 2019 US Senate Judiciary Committee testimony was the catalyst for new online child protection laws and earned PYE the Dignity Defense Alert Award in 2020. His team performs hundreds of presentations at schools, churches, and nonprofits, receives over a million visits to their popular website annually, and was featured in the Childhood 2.0 movie. Chris is also the Digital Marketing Director at Covenant Eyes, is married to Andrea, enjoys family road trips, nature, and running, and is father to four children.
